Dare I say that Gold Hill Mesa on Colorado Springs’ Westside is one of the most desirable neighborhoods. How come? For one, it is one of the very few new subdivisions west of I-25. It was started in 2007, has survived the recession and is now in “smoking hot” demand…..all that said, the low inventory is driving prices up.
Currently, there are no new construction townhomes available, and the resales coming on the market are being snapped up within days. There is no inventory except for one single family home $575,000. That will change in the next few weeks, but nothing under $300,000.
All that said, to get to the point that this new listing is a gem.
The unit is a condo though it does look like a townhome. It’s also a desirable exterior unit with a wonderful stucco siding with wrought iron accents around the window.
The View in Gold Hill Mesa
People living in Gold Hill Mesa love their community, not only because of this lovely community and its residence but also because of the stunning view that many homes homes have. This home in particular has a view that will not change and not go away! It is located across “The Exchange”, which is the name of the community center, and has a full view of the front range and Pikes Peak. (the dumpster will be removed after all construction in the Exchange have been completed).
This is a lovely gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, luxurious refrigerator and quartz countertops.
The living room is cozy with a gas fireplace and a walk out to the a small patio with “dog friendly” turf.
While the floors on the first level look like wood, they are actually tiles which were recently installed.
